Abby’s Bread is a small home bakery in Kea’au. I focus on using the best quality ingredients and keeping recipes simple. I do enjoy baking things like focaccia, shokupan, and manapua, but you really can’t get any more simple than sourdough when it comes to ingredients. That’s why it is my favorite bread to bake and my specialty.
I also try to make a special flavored sourdough once a month, such as apple cinnamon, garlic, or jalapeño cheddar.
